What and Why

The C++ Tiny Template Libary is a small set of core containers and features for use in C++ applications. It was borne from a desire to be free from friction that comes with working with the C++ Standard Template Library. The core aims of the library are to achieve:

  • Quick compilation
  • Fast debug execution
  • Reduction of verbose template error messages.

The library does not aim to be a drop-in replacement for the STL, but to provide similar features without as much of the overhead in terms of programmer sanity.
